How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are filled as quickly as possible. We keep many of our items and parts in stock for you to have at the earliest possible time.
However, because many of our items are custom hand-made to order and sometimes orders are fast and furious, we may have to construct your order.
Depending on the materials and rarity, making your special order may take time – so we ask you, the customer, to bear with us. We will give you the absolute best schedule possible, as we know how important this item is to you.
Based on availability of parts, pieces, and peccadilloes, we may not be able to give an exact time line, but most standard orders are shipped within 7 days.
Items currently in stock and/or which are to the specifications (length/colors) requested will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
If you have requested a specialty item not shown on our website, it may take a little longer while we search out the best options for you, order it and get in the “stuff”. (Then, of course, we will have to make it).
Shipping:
We ship all items USPS Priority Mail and will get it to you as soon as is humanly possible. Express Mail is available at the rates shown at checkout. We are NOT a drop-ship company and all items are shipped by us.
Is my cane breakable?
That depends on which cane selected…
Materials:
Delrin (Acetyl) canes are extremely flexible (can be bent in half) and are not breakable (unless you are in subzero temperatures while you play).
However, they can be cut with wire cutters, a saw, shark’s teeth or super-sharp laser beams. Believe it or not, any warranty is void when you do this.
Warrantees are also void when the cane is used on something other than their intended “target of opportunity!”
Let’s face it: they are only good for the fun and games they were designed for…
Metal Canes – We sincerely HOPE you do not break one of these. We will not replace this one if for some reason you do break it; because if you do, there will undoubtedly be the requisite visit to an emergency room and you apparently have no business with one in the first place. ;)
Carbon Canes/Rods – The super slim (Sadistix – patent probably pending and copyrights might be applied for) are very flexible and should not break. But, bending to extremes and repetitive use will eventually wear them down… as with anything and anyone.
The 1/4” canes are not flexible.
In either case, we have never seen one break, except when fully covered in epoxy and it hardens the rod, making it inflexible and snappable (we made that word up).
So… don’t ever fully cover your carbon cane with glue or varnish and it ought to be just fine.
Rattan canes are very flexible and bend really well. Properly cured rattan will seldom break, but if poorly mistreated… yeah, they can be broken. It is recommended that you wipe your rattan cane down (paying special attention to the tip) with linseed oil on occasion to help maintain elasticity.
Acrylic canes are much less flexible and may be broken if misused.
We recommend that you do not try to bend acrylic canes in half to test its flexibility, or try to make it ‘wrap’ on your subject; because (again) they are not as flexible as other materials.
They do make quite an impression, though. J

Do the Light-Up Canes shock?
Only in their shockingly beautiful visage.

They are electrically safe in accordance with IEEE, NEC, and all applications of ANSI and OSHA. In other words: You will not get shocked. J

Yes, we think so! But only you can cast the spell.
Does your Jewelry contain lead or nickel?
All of our jewelry is lead compliant, but some (many do not) of our items do contain nickel. If you have a question regarding a specific item, please write and ask.
